Photo-assisted estimates

When EZ Dumps uses the photo estimator, uploaded job photos and the related job description may be processed by an artificial-intelligence service provider to identify visible items and suggest a load-size and price range. The tool does not make the final decision. EZ Dumps reviews the result before approving or sending a quote.

Anonymous website traffic

We use a first-party cookie to count anonymous website visitors and visits. The cookie contains a random identifier, lasts up to one year, and helps us avoid counting repeated page loads as separate visits. We do not store your name or raw IP address with these traffic totals.

Website assistant

If you use the website assistant, we process the questions you submit and the assistant’s replies to provide customer service and prevent misuse. Do not submit card numbers, bank information, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information in the assistant. Questions may be processed by an artificial-intelligence service provider when that feature is active.

Text messaging
