CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Plans changed? Here’s what to expect.
- 24 hours or more before delivery: Full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before delivery: A $75 cancellation fee is retained and the remaining amount paid is refunded. This includes next-day rentals canceled before delivery.
- Turned away at delivery: If the trailer arrives and is refused, a $150 delivery and cancellation fee is retained and the remaining amount paid is refunded.

What is included with a trailer rental?
Four rental days, delivery and pickup within the included 20-mile area, and up to three tons of disposal weight.
What materials are not accepted?
Tires, paint, chemicals, concrete, tile, and hazardous waste are not accepted. Batteries must be kept separate.
How much space is needed for delivery?
The driver needs a clear, firm approach and enough room to safely place the trailer. Tell us about gates, low branches, wires, soft ground, delicate pavement, or septic areas when booking.
How do mileage and extra weight charges work?
The first 20 estimated miles are included. Travel beyond 20 miles is $3.50 per mile, charged for delivery and pickup on trailer rentals. Weight over three tons is $65 per ton.
When is my reservation confirmed?
Your preferred date is held while we review the request. The reservation is confirmed after EZ Dumps approves availability and sends your confirmation.
