Website & Messaging Terms

These terms apply when you use ezdumpsllc.com, submit a service request, or choose to receive text messages from EZ Dumps LLC.

Requests and approval

A website submission is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Availability, service details, placement, access, price, payment, and any required deposit must be reviewed and approved by EZ Dumps LLC. Photos and online estimates do not replace an on-site review when one is needed.

Pricing and additional charges

Displayed prices and mileage estimates are subject to confirmation. Trailer rentals include the stated rental period and up to 3 tons per load. Additional days, weight overages, extra dumps, extended mileage, prohibited materials, failed delivery, damage, or special handling may result in additional charges under the rental agreement and posted policies.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, safe and lawful access, sufficient placement space, and notice of gates, wires, branches, soft ground, septic systems, utilities, or other hazards. Customers are responsible for the contents placed in a trailer and may not load prohibited or hazardous materials.

Website assistant

The website assistant provides general information from EZ Dumps’ published prices and policies. It may not confirm availability, approve a reservation, provide a final job estimate, change an agreement, or replace direct confirmation from EZ Dumps LLC. Do not submit payment or other sensitive information in the assistant.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Payment timing and refund eligibility follow the approved quote, rental agreement, payment provider terms, and the cancellation policy shown on this website. Deposits may be held until final weight, damage, prohibited-material, and other post-service charges are determined.

Text-message terms

When you expressly opt in, you agree to receive transactional text messages from EZ Dumps LLC about service requests, approval, scheduling, payment, delivery, pickup, rental management, reminders, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
